I have a hard time believing that “PacifiCorp acted with gross negligence, recklessness, and willfulness on the vast majority of claims that have been paid out,” according to power providers Deseret, UAMPS and UMPA using the Pacificorp transmission system.
Wildfires in the West, floods in Texas and hurricanes in the Southeast are unfortunate and sometimes tragic events that impact entire communities and regions and are not immediately attributable to “deep pocket” utilities as a matter of course.
