And now, PG&E CEO Patti Poppe says… “In addition to extensive investments in wildfire mitigation, the company now considered public safety power shutoffs as a first line of defense, instead of a last resort, when it comes to preventing wildfires.”

PSPS is a “third world” non-solution. Do you agree?
